Your business, with backup

You didn't build an agency
to chase every handoff.

The shoot is only part of the job.

Then come the edit notes, delivery checks, client updates, and the next job already in motion. Growth Partner connects that backend work so you don't have to coordinate every department yourself.

You lead your market. We help run what happens behind it.

More clarity.

From booking to final delivery, define the work you want our team to own. Your agreement sets the included services, capacity, coverage, products, and service standards.

For a deeper growth partnership

Growth strategy, pricing and packages, sales processes, marketing planning, recruiting, and leadership support can be scoped separately.

Field capture stays with your local team unless expressly transferred. An equity arrangement does not automatically add every service or replace the agreed service fee.

01

Deliver consistently

Clear quality standards and revision ownership support the client experience.

02

Recover capacity

Scheduling, handoffs, and team follow-through stop depending on the owner alone.

03

Build relationships

More room for local sales, repeat business, and higher-value client work.

04

Build equity value

A scalable operation matters when it also produces sustainable earnings and less owner dependence.

Explore a possible growth path.

Change the assumptions to see revenue run rates and a simple equity illustration. These numbers are examples, not benchmarks or a forecast.

60% annual growth compounded in every year is an ambitious illustration, not typical or historical growth, and not a guarantee. Historical ACRE results are separate; this model cannot attribute causal lift to ACRE.

For scale: a $300,000 annual revenue run rate compounded at 60% becomes $1,966,080 after four years. Reaching exactly $2 million requires 60.69% annual compounding. This is a mathematical illustration, not a historical result.

Annual growth assumption

The same annual rate compounds in all five years; no causal uplift is assumed.

Retained ownership

A hypothetical retained stake, not a proposed or accepted equity term.

Advanced valuation assumptions

After all operating costs, including market-rate management pay and any agreed service fees. Fees are inside this editable margin; the 35% fee is not subtracted again.

An example assumption, not a market benchmark or appraisal.

Debt minus excess cash; negative means net cash. Held constant at each horizon.

Separate from the core offer. The current core 35% managed-service offer does not itself transfer ownership. Any optional equity relationship is separately negotiated; using this model accepts no equity term.

Snapshots, not payouts. Annualized revenue = starting monthly revenue × 12 × (1 + annual growth)year. EBITDA = annualized revenue × margin. Enterprise value = EBITDA × multiple. Company equity value = max(0, enterprise value − net debt). Owner equity value = company equity value × retained ownership.

Illustrative equity only. Stake values, including any minority stake, are simple pro-rata illustrations, before future dilution, taxes and transaction costs. They do not reflect control premiums, minority discounts or actual deal terms. Debt/cash is shown explicitly. No liquid market, valuation, cash distribution or sale proceeds are guaranteed; real outcomes may be lower, including zero.

The commercial model

One partnership.
A clear revenue share.

35% of eligible collected revenue.
No equity for the core service.

ACRE Agency receives a service fee for the backend services included in your agreement. You retain the remaining 65% before field-production and other business costs.

  • A service fee, not a discount or a profit split.
  • You ordinarily retain shoots, your field team, and local client relationships.
  • Eligible revenue, refunds, taxes, pass-throughs, and exclusions are defined in your agreement.
  • Any deeper equity, rebrand, sales, marketing, or growth-leadership arrangement is scoped separately.

Who this is for

An active business.
A local reputation.
A next chapter.

You've built something worth supporting.

Growth Partner is designed for established real-estate-media owners with clients to serve and a need for more operating support.

You want to keep leading your market, without building and managing every backend department yourself.

Talk about a partnership

A few practical questions

Before we talk.

Can I keep my brand?

Yes. The core model supports a white-label service path. Your brand, local relationships, and owner responsibilities are defined in your agreement.

Do I give up equity?

No equity is required for the core service partnership. Any deeper equity arrangement would be a separate conversation and agreement.

Who handles the shoots?

Ordinarily, you and your local field team. Any responsibility transferred to ACRE must be explicitly included in your service scope.

Who will I work with?

Your assigned account team and escalation owner are agreed during onboarding, along with communication channels and coverage. The team shown here is the broader team, not a dedicated staffing commitment.

What exactly is included?

Your signed scope defines covered project management, communication, photo and video products, quality control, systems, revisions, and delivery standards. Portfolio examples are not an all-inclusive product menu.

Are sales, marketing, and coaching included?

Not automatically. Any sales, marketing, coaching, rebrand, or growth-leadership support must be expressly scoped and agreed separately.

How is the 35% calculated?

It is calculated from the eligible collected revenue defined in your agreement, including the treatment of refunds, taxes, pass-throughs, and exclusions. You retain 65% before your own field-production and other business costs. This is not a profit split.

How does onboarding work?

We first review your operation, agree responsibilities and current commercial terms, then introduce the assigned team and test representative jobs. Timing depends on the agreed scope and available capacity.

Your next chapter starts with a conversation

Keep building
your market.
Let's talk about the rest.

Tell us about your business, your volume, and the work you want off your plate. Ask for Growth Partner information so the team knows what you'd like to discuss.
